This super big capacity cooking mixer machine is designed with double planetary mixing to ensure thorough mixing and full scraping on the dish like bottom surface. It is equipped with double cylinders to balance well the weight of machine itself and cooked materials. Double cylinders are usually equipped to cooking mixer machines over 400L.
Energy source of the machine can be optional for LPG or LNG gas to reach high temperature in short time and strong flame can help to cook pastes efficiently. Cooking burner is infrared without flames optional or equipped with powerful blower to increase heating efficiency as customized.
