This super big capacity cooking machine is designed with double planetary mixer to ensure thorough mixing and full scraping on the dish like bottom surface.It is equipped with double cylinders to balance well the weight of machine itself and cookedmaterials.
Full body is made up of stainless steel 304, world recognized suitable and healthy steel for food materials.
