Honey peanuts are a popular sugar-coated nut snack with a combination of crisp peanuts, sweet syrup and a glossy coated surface. For commercial snack manufacturers, achieving consistent cooking, frying, oil separation and coating quality can be difficult when these processes are performed manually.
The Honey Peanut Production Line from Shandong Longze Machinery is designed to integrate the key processing stages into one efficient nut processing solution. What Equipment Is Included in the Honey Peanut Production Line?

1. Sugar Frying Machine – Planetary Cooking and Frying

The Sugar Frying Machine is the primary machine in the honey peanut production line. It performs the key cooking and frying process while continuously mixing the peanuts with the coating ingredients.
The machine uses a planetary stirring system, which is designed to imitate the traditional manual stir-frying process on an industrial scale.
During operation, the stirring blades move around the cooking vessel while the scraper blades continuously contact the pot bottom and side walls. This helps reduce material accumulation and dead zones during cooking and frying.

Two Heating Options

Electric Induction Heating: Electric induction heating provides fast and controllable heating without an open flame. It is suitable for factories that prefer electric heating and precise temperature management.
The heating method can be selected according to the customer's energy availability, factory conditions, production requirements and local operating costs.

2. Oil Filter Machine – Oil Separation and Recovery

After the cooking and frying stage, the product needs to be separated from the frying oil.
The Oil Filter Machine is designed for this stage of the honey peanut processing line.
It separates the fried nuts from the oil and filters food residues from the recovered oil through a multi-layer filtration process.
The filtered oil can then be collected and pumped back to the Sugar Frying Machine for reuse.

After frying and oil separation, the product enters the octagonal mixing drum for the final coating process.
The octagonal drum rotates to continuously tumble the nuts, allowing powder, crumbs, seasonings or other coating materials to distribute over the product surface.
