Industrial Popcorn Machine for Large-Scale Snack Production
Popcorn is a popular snack food enjoyed in cinemas, supermarkets, convenience stores and retail markets around the world. For snack manufacturers producing popcorn on a larger scale, a small household popcorn maker is not sufficient. An industrial popcorn machine provides higher production capacity, stable heating and continuous operation for commercial food production.
Our industrial popcorn machines are specially designed for snack food factories, popcorn manufacturers and commercial food processing facilities. These machines are large-scale production equipment and are not designed for household use or frequent manual movement.
Unlike hot-air popcorn makers, our machines use an oil-popping process. During popcorn production, an appropriate amount of cooking oil is added together with the corn kernels. The heating system then heats the oil and popcorn kernels to achieve efficient popping and consistent production.

Designed for Snack Food Factories, Not Household Use
An important feature of these machines is their large industrial structure.
With machine dimensions of approximately 1.2–1.9 meters and production capacities of 50–110 kg/h, these machines are designed for fixed installation in commercial production environments.
They are not household popcorn makers and are not intended for frequent movement. Customers should install the machine in a suitable production area with adequate space for operation, feeding, discharge, cleaning and maintenance.
