The following precautions should be taken during the use of an industrial automatic blanching machine:
一. Installation and debugging phase
1. Installation environment
Choose a stable and solid ground to place the blanching machine to ensure that the equipment does not shake or tilt during operation. The installation location should be away from flammable and explosive items, and good ventilation should be ensured to dissipate heat and exhaust gas. Ensure that the power supply, gas (if it is a gas heating type), etc. at the installation site are stable and meet the equipment requirements.
2. Equipment inspection
After the installation is completed, carefully check whether the various components of the equipment are firmly installed, such as whether the bolts and nuts are tightened, and whether the pipeline connections are well sealed. Check whether the electrical circuit is connected correctly, whether there is damage, short circuit, etc. For gas heating equipment, check whether the gas pipeline is leaking.
3. Debugging and running
Before the first use, perform no-load debugging and running to check whether the various functions of the equipment are normal, such as the heating system, stirring system, control system, etc. Set various parameters such as temperature, time, stirring speed, etc. according to the equipment manual, and observe whether the operating status of the equipment is stable.

1. Food preparation
Ensure that the food put into the stew pot is clean and not spoiled, so as not to affect the product quality and equipment operation. Reasonably control the amount of food put in according to the equipment capacity to avoid overloading.
2. Operation specifications
Operate strictly in accordance with the equipment operating procedures, and do not change parameters or perform illegal operations at will. During the operation of the equipment, the operator must not leave the post, and must observe the operating status of the equipment at any time. If any abnormality is found, the machine should be stopped and checked immediately. For automatic stirring stew pots, pay attention to whether the rotation direction of the stirring paddle is correct to avoid collision with the pot body.
3. Safety protection
Avoid direct contact with high-temperature parts, such as the pot body, heating elements, etc., with your hands to avoid burns. Protective gloves and other protective equipment should be worn during operation. For gas heating equipment, pay attention to ventilation to prevent gas leakage from causing safety accidents. If you smell gas odor, you should immediately close the gas valve, open the doors and windows for ventilation, and notify professionals to check and repair.
4. Cleanliness and sanitation
During the blanching process, clean up the soup and impurities overflowing from the pot in time to keep the environment around the equipment clean. After each use, the equipment should be thoroughly cleaned after cooling down, and the remaining food residues and stains in the pot should be removed, and the surface of the equipment should be wiped dry with a clean cloth.

三. Maintenance stage
1. Regular inspection
Regularly check whether the various parts of the equipment are worn, loose or damaged, such as stirring paddles, heating elements, seals, etc. If there is a problem, it should be replaced or repaired in time. Check whether the insulation performance of the electrical system is good. If there is leakage, it should be dealt with immediately. For gas heating equipment, regularly check whether the gas pipeline, valves and other components are normal to ensure the safety of gas supply.
2. Maintenance
Regularly maintain the equipment, such as adding lubricating oil to the transmission parts to keep the equipment in good operating condition. Regularly maintain the pot body, and use a special cleaning agent to clean it to remove the oil and scale in the pot and extend the service life of the equipment.
3. Storage management
