Step 2: Egg Liquid In. A large batch of beaten egg liquid is added. The built-in scraper-stirring system kicks in immediately, sweeping the pan surface in a smooth, continuous motion. No scorching. No sticking. Just even, consistent heat transfer across every inch of the cooking surface.
Step 3: Automatic Stirring & Heating. Watch the agitator rotate, fold, and evenly cook the eggs. The induction system maintains a steady temperature throughout the batch — no manual intervention needed. The machine does the work.
Step 4: Automatic Tilting & Discharge. When the eggs are perfectly cooked — golden, fluffy, and uniform — the pan tilts automatically. The finished product slides out cleanly into a collection bin. No heavy lifting. No scraping. No waste.
